HUMAN RTS-EQUAL EMPL OPP OFCR                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act.  Provides that every  State      
   executive  department,  agency, board, commission, and instrumentality      
   with 250 or more (rather than 1,000 or more) employees shall appoint a      
   full-time Equal Employment Opportunity officer.
