CIVIC CENTRS-MAINTENNCE-REPAIR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Metropolitan Civic Center Support Act.  Provides that,      
   in ranking applications for State financial support, the  Director  of      
   Commerce  and  Community Affairs shall give preference to applications      
   for funds for repair  and  maintenance  of  civic  center  authorities      
   created and organized prior to 1980.  Effective immediately.
