PUB HEALTH-ADVANCE DIRECTIVES                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.   Requires  the      
   Department of Public Health to publish a federally-required summary of      
   Illinois  laws concerning advance directives.  Requires the Department      
   to publish in  Spanish  the  summary  and  various  statutory  advance      
   directive  forms.  Permits publication to be limited to the World Wide      
   Web.  Permits the Department  to  contract  for  the  preparation  and      
   publication of the materials.                                               
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Makes capitalization consistent within the bill.
