Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Re-enacts  the  provisions  of      
   the  unlawful  use  of  weapons  statute  held unconstitutional by the      
   Illinois Supreme Court in  People  v.  Cervantes,  Docket  No.  87229.      
   Effective immediately.
