1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 173
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 173 on page 1, line
3 5, after "15", by inserting "and by adding Section 20"; and
4 on page 2, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(20 ILCS 880/20 new)
7 Sec. 20. Disclosure to donors of exemption from Public
8 Funds Investment Act. The Foundation must provide a written
9 notice to any entity providing a gift, grant, or bequest to
10 the Foundation that the Foundation is not subject to the
11 provisions of the Public Funds Investment Act which Act
12 places limitations on the types of securities in which a
13 public agency may invest public funds."; and
14 by deleting lines 25 through 32 on page 4 and lines 1 through
15 15 on page 5.
