1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 236
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 236 on page 7, line
3 20 by inserting after "findings." the following:
4 "The court may recommend to the Department that specific
5 placements, specific services, or specific service providers
6 be included in the plan, in which case the Department shall,
7 in its new service plan or its changes to the current service
8 plan, follow the recommendations or indicate why it has not
9 followed the recommendations."; and
10 on page 7, by replacing lines 23 through 27 with the
11 following:
12 "until the new service plan is filed. Unless otherwise
13 specifically authorized by law, the court is not empowered
14 under this subsection (2) or under subsection (3) to order
15 specific placements, specific services, or specific service
16 providers to be included in the plan.".
