1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 274
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 274 as follows:
3 on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 17 with the
4 following:
5 "recommend meningitis vaccination. Any University facility
6 that delivers health services to University students must
7 offer meningitis vaccines, subject to the availability of the
8 vaccine from the manufacturer."; and
9 on page 1, by replacing lines 25 through 29 with the
10 following:
11 "recommend meningitis vaccination. Any University facility
12 that delivers health services to University students must
13 offer meningitis vaccines, subject to the availability of the
14 vaccine from the manufacturer."; and
15 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 and 2; and
16 on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 16 with the
17 following:
18 "recommend meningitis vaccination. Any University facility
19 that delivers health services to University students must
20 offer meningitis vaccines, subject to the availability of the
21 vaccine from the manufacturer."; and
22 on page 2, by replacing lines 24 through 30 with the
