1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. "An Act making appropriations and
5 reappropriations", Public Act 91-707, approved May 17, 2000,
6 is amended by changing Section 1 of Article 3 as follows:
7 (P.A. 91-707, Art. 3, Sec. 1)
8 Sec. 1. The sum of $17,324,310 $17,324,300, or so much
9 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
10 Revenue Fund for payment to the Board of the Comprehensive
11 Health Insurance Plan pursuant to subsection (b) of Section
12 12 of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.
