1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 586
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 586 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 26 with the following:
4 "Section 5. Disclosure. Upon appointment to a board,
5 commission, authority, or task force authorized or created by
6 State law, a person must file with the Secretary of State a
7 disclosure of all contracts the person or his or her spouse
8 or immediate family members have with the State and all
9 contracts between the State and an entity in which the person
10 or his or her spouse or immediate family members have a
11 majority financial interest.".
