 1        AN ACT concerning conservation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois River Watershed Restoration  Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3967/25)
 7        Sec.  25.  Agency  duties.  State agencies represented on
 8    the Council must shall provide to the  Council,  on  request,
 9    information  concerning  agency  programs and activities that
10    impact the restoration of the Illinois River Watershed.
