1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Day Labor Services Act is amended by
5 changing Section 50 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 175/50)
7 Sec. 50. Violations. The Department has shall have the
8 authority to suspend or revoke the registration of a day
9 labor service agency if warranted by public health and safety
10 concerns or violations of this Act.
