1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $2,500,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Illinois Department on Aging for the
7 establishment and operation of the Prevention of Unnecessary
8 Institutionalization program.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2001.
