2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2087 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 22, by inserting after "firearm." the
4 following:
5 "This subsection (1) does not apply to a minor charged with
6 aggravated battery with a firearm based exclusively upon the
7 accountability provisions of Section 5-2 of the Criminal Code
8 of 1961.".
