The sum of $8,998,900, or so much thereof as 19 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory 20 Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory 21 Arbitration Programs. 22 Section 40. The sum of $108,000, or so much thereof as 23 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language 24 Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign 25 Language Interpreter Program. 26 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 27 July 1, 2001.
