1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2139
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2139 on page 1, by
3 inserting after line 14 the following:
4 "This Section does not apply to an employer with fewer
5 than 25 employees. An employer with 25 to 100 employees
6 shall not be required to permit more than 2 employees to be
7 absent under this Section on the same election day."; and
8 on page 1, by inserting after line 23 the following:
9 "This Section does not apply to an employer with fewer
10 than 25 employees. An employer with 25 to 100 employees
11 shall not be required to permit more than 2 employees to be
12 absent under this Section on the same election day.".
