92_HB2349 BOB-HCCCC02 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated 7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the 8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Health Care 9 Cost Containment Council: 10 Payable from the General Revenue Fund: 11 For Personal Services ........................ $ 692,400 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer ............................ 27,000 14 For State Contributions to the State 15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 70,400 16 For State Contributions to Social 17 Security .................................... 51,600 18 For Contractual Services ..................... 78,000 19 For Travel ................................... 17,000 20 For Commodities .............................. 10,000 21 For Printing ................................. 25,000 22 For Equipment ................................ 9,000 23 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 15,000 24 For Telecommunications Services .............. 54,000 25 For Reimbursements to Hospitals and 26 Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Centers 27 For the Submission of Out-Patient 28 Billing Data ................................ 164,900 29 Total $1,214,300 30 Section 1a. The amount of $387,500, or so much thereof -2- BOB-HCCCC02 1 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 2 Fund to the Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council for 3 the collection of data on out-patient health care costs in 4 Illinois. 5 Section 2. The amount of $237,200, or so much of that 6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois 7 Health Care Cost Containment Council Special Studies Fund to 8 the Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council for Special 9 Studies pursuant to the Illinois Health Finance Reform Act. 10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 11 July 1, 2001.
