1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 to the Human Rights Commission for the objects and purposes
8 hereinafter enumerated:

26 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
27 July 1, 2001.
