Amend House Bill 2432 as follows: 3 on page 1, line 8, after "Authority", by inserting the 4 following: 5 "for a municipality having a population in excess of 6 1,000,000"; and 7 on page 1, line 10, by deleting "acquisition,"; and 8 on page 1, line 13, before the period, by inserting the 9 following: 10 "located within the municipality having a population in 11 excess of 1,000,000"; and 12 on page 1, line 15, by deleting "acquisition,"; and 13 on page 1, line 16, before the period, by inserting the 14 following: 15 "located within the municipality having a population in 16 excess of 1,000,000"; and 17 on page 1, line 21, by deleting "acquisition,"; and 18 on page 1, line 22, by replacing "rehabilitation,", with 19 "rehabilitation"; and 20 on page 1, line 22, after "housing" by inserting the -2- LRB9208015ARmbam01 1 following: 2 "located within the municipality having a population in 3 excess of 1,000,000"; and 4 on page 1, line 28, by deleting "acquisition,"; and 5 on page 1, line 29, before the period, by inserting the 6 following: 7 "located within the municipality having a population in 8 excess of 1,000,000"; and 9 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "acquisition," with 10 "acquisition,"; and 11 on page 2, line 13, after "agreement", by inserting the 12 following: 13 "with respect to a project located within the municipality 14 having a population in excess of 1,000,000"; and 15 on page 2, by replacing line 23 with the following: 16 "An Authority for a municipality having a population in 17 excess of 1,000,000 may grant a specific pledge or 18 assignment"; and 19 on page 10, by replacing line 18 with the following: 20 "(i) In the case of an Authority for a municipality 21 having a population in excess of 1,000,000, to enter into 22 loan agreements, regulatory".
