1 AN ACT concerning public utilities.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by
5 changing Section 18-101 as follows:
6 (220 ILCS 5/18-101)
7 Sec. 18-101. Short title and applicability. This Article
8 may be cited as the Electric Utility Transitional Funding Law
9 of 1997. This Article applies and shall apply to electric
10 utilities as defined in this Article.
