1 AN ACT in relation to taxes.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1106 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 5/1106) (from Ch. 120, par. 11-1106)
7 Sec. 1106. Nonliability for costs. The Department shall
8 not be required to furnish any bond nor to make a deposit for
9 or pay any costs or fees of any court or officer of the court
10 thereof in any legal proceedings pursuant to the provisions
11 of this Act.
