1 AN ACT concerning museums.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Museum District Act is amended by
5 changing Section 15 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 1105/15) (from Ch. 85, par. 6815)
7 Sec. 15. Records and reports. The board must shall keep
8 a record of all ordinances and other proceedings which shall
9 be open to the inspection of any person residing in the
10 district at all reasonable and proper times. The board must
11 shall report annually to the county board concerning its
12 revenues, expenditures, acquisition of historical sites,
13 construction work, property, and other matters acted upon by
14 the board during the previous year.
