3 on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Sections 15-101 and 15-113"
4 with "Section 15-101"; and
5 on page 2, by deleting lines 6 through 33; and
6 by deleting page 3; and
7 on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
