2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3095 on page 7,
3 line 27, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "Nothing in this Section, however, imposes any obligation
5 that is inconsistent with any judgment, order, injunction, or
6 decree of any court that was rendered before the effective
7 date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly.".
