1 AN ACT concerning contact lenses.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mail Order Contact Lens Act is amended by
5 changing Section 35 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 83/35)
7 Sec. 35. Deposit of civil penalties; appropriations.
8 All of the civil penalties collected under this Act must
9 shall be deposited in the General Professions Dedicated Fund.
10 All moneys in the Fund must shall be used by the Department,
11 as appropriated, for the ordinary and contingent expenses of
12 the Department.
