The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by 5 changing Section 4-1.12 as follows: 6 (305 ILCS 5/4-1.12) 7 Sec. 4-1.12. In 25 addition, families that meet the definition in the preceding 26 sentence that have exhausted eligibility for cash assistance 27 under the 60-month limitation shall be eligible for cash 28 assistance without regard to the 60-month limitation. 29 (Source: P.A. 90-17, eff. 7-1-97.) 30 Section 99.
