 3                         ON HOUSE BILL 3188

 6        To the President of the Senate and  the  Speaker  of  the
 7    House of Representatives:
 8        We,  the  conference  committee appointed to consider the
 9    differences  between  the  houses  in  relation   to   Senate
10    Amendments  Nos.  1  and  2 to House Bill 3188, recommend the
11    following:
12        (1)  that the House concur in Senate  Amendments  Nos.  1
13    and 2; and
14        (2)  that   House  Bill  3188,  AS  AMENDED,  be  further
15    amended, with reference to page and line  numbers  of  Senate
16    Amendment  No. 2, on page 1, lines 7 and 8, by replacing "and
17    7-103.145"  with  "7-103.145,   7-103.146,   7-103.147,   and
18    7-103.148"; and

19    on page 14, after line 28, by inserting the following:

20        "(735 ILCS 5/7-103.146 new)
21        Sec.   7-103.146.  Quick-take;   Village  of  Plainfield.
22    Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used by the
23    Village of Plainfield for a period of  12  months  after  the
24    effective  date  of  this  amendatory Act of the 92nd General
25    Assembly to acquire any portion of  the  following  described
26    property for a 30-foot sanitary sewer easement:
27        THAT   PART   OF  THE  FRACTIONAL  SOUTHEAST  QUARTER  OF
28        FRACTIONAL SECTION 8, & TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE  9  EAST

 4        Sec.  7-103.148.  Quick-take;  Village  of  Melrose Park.
 5    Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for  a
 6    period  of  12  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this
 7    amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly by the Village of
 8    Melrose  Park  for the acquisition of the following described
 9    property for the purpose of constructing a  parking  facility
10    and  training facility for use by the Village of Melrose Park
11    Fire Prevention Bureau and Fire Station:
12        LOT 8 (EXCEPT THE NORTH 51.0  FEET  THEREOF)  IN  HEATH'S
13        RESUBDIVISION  OF  LOTS H, K, R AND S OF BLOCK 7 IN HENRY
14        SOFFEL'S THIRD ADDITION TO MELROSE PARK IN THE  EAST  1/2
15        OF  SECTION  4,  TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 12, EAST OF THE
