1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3210
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3210, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, Sec. 15-102, by replacing subsection (a-1) with
4 the following:
5 "(a-1) The total outside width of a recreational vehicle
6 as defined in Section 1-169 may exceed 8 feet 6 inches if the
7 excess width is attributable to appurtenances, including
8 retracted awnings, that extend no further than the exterior
9 rear-view mirrors. The mirrors may extend only the distance
10 necessary to provide the required field of view before the
11 appurtenances were attached.".
