92_HB3329eng HB3329 Engrossed LRB9208343MWdv 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that 5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 6 Revenue Fund to the Office of the Secretary of State for the 7 purpose of making grants to cooperative public library 8 systems, public library systems, or multitype library systems 9 under paragraph (1) of subsection (c) of Section 8 of the 10 Illinois Library System Act. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 12 July 1, 2001.
