1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3368
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3368 on page 22, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:
4 "confidential records of the number of persons executing
5 voter registration applications pursuant to the rules of the
6 State"; and
7 on page 22, in line 10, by inserting after "resides." the
8 following:
9 "Envelopes bearing the return address of the office of the
10 State Board of Elections shall be made available to an agency
11 for forwarding voter registration applications when necessary
12 to comply with other applicable State or federal laws or
13 regulations.".
