1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3505
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3505, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 7, by inserting after line 31 the following:
5 "Section 4c1. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
7 the Department of Transportation for all costs associated
8 with the completion of storm water projects west of Roselle
9 Road and North and South of the Elgin O'Hare Road in the City
10 of Chicago.
11 Section 4c2. The sum of $545,475, or so much thereof as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
13 Department of Transportation for the construction of an
14 extension into Eagle Park in the City of Venice.
15 Section 4c3. The sum of $20,000, or so much thereof as
16 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
17 Department of Transportation for the purpose of road
18 construction and repair in the Village of Island Lake.
19 Section 4c4. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as
20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the

1 Department of Transportation for the purpose of
2 reconstruction of a road in Riverside Park in the City of
3 McHenry.
4 Section 4c5. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
6 Department of Transportation for the purpose of road
7 construction and repair in Nunda Township.
8 Section 4c6. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof
9 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
10 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
11 constructing a bypass in the Village of Richmond.".
