Amend House Bill 3520, by deleting 3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu 4 thereof the following: 5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent 9 expenses of the Prairie State 2000 Authority: 10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 297,600 11 For Employee Retirement Contributions 12 Paid by Employer............................. 11,900 13 For State Contributions to State 14 Employees' Retirement System................. 30,400 15 For State Contributions to 16 Social Security ............................. 22,800 17 For Contractual Services ..................... 192,000 18 For Travel ................................... 16,700 19 For Commodities .............................. 3,000 20 For Printing ................................. 5,000 21 For Equipment ................................ 2,000 22 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 9,100 23 For Telecommunications Services .............. 11,400 -2- HDS92HB3520BSa444cm 1 For Operation of Auto Equipment .............. 1,100 2 Total $603,000 3 Section 2. The amount of $1,256,200, or so much thereof 4 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5 Fund to the Prairie State 2000 Authority for tuition and 6 educational fee vouchers on behalf of individuals. 7 Section 3. The amount of $2,317,500, new appropriation, 8 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Prairie 9 State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to 10 eligible employers. 11 Section 3a. The amount of $1,588,800, or so much thereof 12 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 13 business on June 30, 2001, from the reappropriation made in 14 Public Act 91-706, Article 15, Section 3, approved May 17, 15 2000, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 16 Prairie State 2000 Authority from training grants and loans 17 to eligible employers entered into during the 2000 fiscal 18 year. 19 Section 3b. The amount of $325,300, or so much thereof 20 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 21 business on June 30, 2001, from the appropriation heretofore 22 made in Public Act 91-706, Article 15, Section 3b, approved 23 May 17, 2000, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund 24 to the Prairie State 2000 Authority for training grants and 25 loans to eligible employers entered into during the 1999 26 fiscal year. 27 Section 3c. The amount of $900,000, or so much thereof 28 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 29 business on June 30, 2001, from the reappropriation made in -3- HDS92HB3520BSa444cm 1 Public Act 91-706, Article 15, Section 3c, approved May 17, 2 2000, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 3 Prairie State 2000 Authority from training grants and loans 4 to eligible employers entered into prior to the 1999 fiscal 5 year. 6 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 7 1, 2001.".
