1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $1, or so much thereof as may
5 be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human
6 Services for grants to be made by the Department of Human
7 Services directly to community agencies that provide
8 assistance to sexual assault victims and sexual assault
9 prevention activities.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2001.
