1 AN ACT regarding aircraft.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
5 changing Section 25.01 as follows:
6 (620 ILCS 5/25.01) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.25a)
7 Sec. 25.01. This State or any political subdivision of
8 this State is authorized to acquire, establish, construct,
9 own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, and operate
10 airports, or restricted landing areas, or other air
11 navigation facilities in an adjoining state whose laws
12 permit, subject to the laws of that such state, but subject
13 to the laws of this State in all matters relating to
14 financing those such projects.
