1 AN ACT concerning agriculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Seed Law is amended by changing
5 Section 2.113 as follows:
6 (505 ILCS 110/2.113) (from Ch. 5, par. 402.113)
7 Sec. 2.113. "False and mislabeling advertisement" means
8 all representation other than those on the label disseminated
9 in any manner or by any means, including but not limited to
10 print, broadcast, and Internet media, relating to the seed
11 which would be misleading to the consumers as determined
12 within the scope of this Act.

14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.
