1 AN ACT in relation to mental health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Developmental Disability and Mental
5 Disability Services Act is amended by changing Section 5-2 as
6 follows:
7 (405 ILCS 80/5-2) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1805-2)
8 Sec. 5-2. Department's powers and duties. The
9 Department shall have all powers and duties necessary to
10 implement this Act.
