1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3998
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3998, on page 1,
3 line 5, by replacing "Section 4.13 and adding Section 4.23"
4 with "Sections 4.13 and 4.17"; and
5 on page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the
6 following:
7 "(5 ILCS 80/4.17)
8 Sec. 4.17. Acts repealed on January 1, 2007. The
9 following are repealed on January 1, 2007:
10 The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation
11 Act.
12 The Structural Pest Control Act.
13 Articles II, III, IV, V, V 1/2, VI, VIIA, VIIB,
14 VIIC, XVII, XXXI, XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois
15 Insurance Code.
16 The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act.
17 The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.
18 The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
19 The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act.
