1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4081
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4081, AS AMENDED,
3 in the introductory clause of Section 5, by replacing "12-30,
4 and 33D-1" with "and 12-30"; and
5 in Section 5, by deleting all of Sec. 33D-1; and
6 in Section 10, in Sec. 5.1, by replacing subsec. (g) with the
7 following:
8 "(g) A person convicted of permitting the sexual abuse
9 of a child is guilty of a Class 1 felony. As a condition of
10 any sentence of supervision, probation, conditional
11 discharge, or mandatory supervised release, any person
12 convicted under this Section shall be ordered to undergo
13 child sexual abuse, domestic violence, or other appropriate
14 counseling for a specified duration with a qualified social
15 or mental health worker.".
