1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4220
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4220 on page 1 by
3 replacing lines 26 and 27 with the following:
4 "participating primary care physician. "Participating
5 primary care physician" for health care plans and
6 subcontractors that do not require coordination of care by a
7 primary care physician means the participating physician
8 treating the patient. All health care plans shall inform
9 enrollees of any"; and
10 on page 2 by deleting lines 4 through 24.
