1 AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Real Estate License Act of 2000 is
5 amended by changing Section 15-65 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 454/15-65)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8 Sec. 15-65. Regulatory enforcement. Nothing contained in
9 this Article 15 limits OBRE in its regulation of licensees
10 under other Articles of this Act and the substantive rules
11 adopted by OBRE. OBRE, with the advice of the Board, is
12 authorized to promulgate any rules that may be necessary for
13 the implementation and enforcement of this Article 15.
