1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4667
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4667 on page 10 by
3 inserting immediately below line 17 the following:
4 "(d) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit,
5 restrict, or mitigate in any way the power and authority of
6 the State's Attorneys or the Attorney General under the
7 Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.".
