1 AN ACT concerning cemeteries.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Cemetery Maintenance District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 105/2) (from Ch. 21, par. 64.24b)
7 Sec. 2. All courts in Illinois this State shall take
8 judicial notice of the existence of all cemetery maintenance
9 districts organized under this Act and every such district
10 shall constitute a body corporate and politic and as such may
11 sue or be sued.
