1 AN ACT in relation to the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
2 District.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
6 Act is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 2605/1.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 320.1)
8 Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
9 Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
