 1        AN ACT concerning open meetings.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Open Meetings Act is amended by  changing
 5    Section 4 as follows:

 6        (5 ILCS 120/4) (from Ch. 102, par. 44)
 7        Sec.  4.  Violations.  Any  person  violating  any of the
 8    provisions  of  this  Act  shall  be  guilty  of  a  Class  C
 9    misdemeanor.
