1 AN ACT relating to faculty compensation and benefits at
2 public higher education institutions.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
6 by changing Section 9.05 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 205/9.05) (from Ch. 144, par. 189.05)
8 Sec. 9.05. Rules and regulations. To make rules and
9 regulations for its meetings, procedures and the execution of
10 the powers and duties delegated to it by this Act.
