1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5803
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5803 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 10 through 12 with "used vehicle dealers,
4 rebuilders, automotive parts recyclers, scrap processors, or
5 out-of-state salvage vehicle buyers licensed by the Secretary
6 of State or licensed by another jurisdiction may buy property
7 at the auction, or to sales by or through the licensee."; and
8 on page 2, line 18, by replacing "that provides" with "while
9 providing"; and
10 on page 3, by replacing lines 25 and 26 with the following:
11 "(3) the personal property or services offered for
12 sale or lease are located or will be provided in the
13 State of Illinois."; and
14 on page 6, line 13, by inserting "or" after the semicolon;
15 and
16 on page 6, by deleting lines 14 through 19; and
17 on page 6, line 20, by replacing "(9)" with "(8)".
