92_HB6207 LRB9216250LDcs 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund for the ordinary and contingent expenses 9 of the Bureau of the Budget in the Executive Office of the 10 Governor: 11 GENERAL OFFICE 12 For Personal Services .......................... $ 2,659,400 13 For Employee Retirement Contributions 14 Paid by Employer ............................. 98,600 15 For State Contributions to the State 16 Employees' Retirement System ................ 274,500 17 For State Contributions to 18 Social Security .............................. 203,400 19 For Contractual Services ....................... 70,000 20 For Travel ..................................... 33,000 21 For Commodities ................................ 5,800 22 For Printing ................................... 29,000 23 For Equipment .................................. 7,000 24 For Electronic Data Processing ................. 57,000 25 For Telecommunications Services ................ 41,400 26 Total $3,479,100 27 Section 2. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much thereof 28 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital 29 Development Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 30 contingent expenses associated with the sale and -2- LRB9216250LDcs 1 administration of General Obligation bonds. 2 Section 3. The amount of $425,000, or so much thereof as 3 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 4 Bond Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 5 contingent expenses associated with the sale and 6 administration of Build Illinois bonds. 7 Section 4. The amount of $262,000,000, or so much 8 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build 9 Illinois Bond Retirement and Interest Fund to the Bureau of 10 the Budget for the purpose of making payments to the Trustee 11 under the Master Indenture as defined by and pursuant to the 12 Build Illinois Bond Act. 13 Section 5. No contract shall be entered into or 14 obligation incurred for any expenditures from the 15 appropriations made in Sections 2, 3, and 4 until after the 16 purposes and amounts have been approved in writing by the 17 Governor. 18 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 19 July 1, 2002.
