The amount of $84,000,000, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the 7 Department of Employment Security from the Title III Social 8 Security and Employment Service Fund for administration and 9 grant expenses of the Welfare to Work Grant Programs, or 10 other job training, education, or employment programs. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 12 July 1, 2002.
