The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as 5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the U.S. Environmental 6 Protection Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for 7 all costs associated with the development and implementation 8 of Illinois Environmental Facts On-Line. 9 Section 6. The sum of $1,042,800, new appropriation, is 10 appropriated and the sum of $1,499,343, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 12 business on June 20, 2002, from appropriations heretofore 13 made in Article 67, Section 6 of Public Act 92-8, as amended, 14 is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 15 Environmental Protection Agency for funding the Green 16 Illinois Program. 17 Section 7. The sum of $642,900, or so much thereof as 18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the U.S. Environmental 19 Protection Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for 20 the purpose of administering the toxic and hazardous 21 materials program and the regulatory innovation program. 22 Section 8. The sum of $21,100, or so much thereof as may 23 be necessary, is appropriated from the Industrial Hygiene 24 Regulatory and Enforcement Fund to the Environmental 25 Protection Agency for the purpose of administering the 26 industrial hygiene licensing program. 27 Section 9. The sum of $19,000,000, new appropriation, 14 is appropriated, and the sum of $38,200,000, or so much 15 thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the 16 close of business on June 30, 2002, from appropriations and 17 reappropriations heretofore made for such purpose in Article 18 67, Section 50 of Public Act 92-8, as amended, is 19 reappropriated from the Anti-Pollution Fund to the 20 Environmental Protection Agency for deposit into the Water 21 Revolving Fund. 22 Section 47. The sum of $5,848,400, or so much thereof as 23 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 24 business on June 30, 2002, from a reappropriation heretofore 25 made in Article 67, Section 51 of Public Act 92-8, as 26 amended, is reappropriated from the Anti-Pollution Fund to 27 the Environmental Protection Agency for grants to units of 28 local government for wastewater facilities, pursuant to 29 provisions of the "Anti-Pollution Bond Act." 30 Section 48. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 31 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of HB6221 Engrossed -24- LRB9216297DJgc 1 business on June 30, 2002, from a reappropriation heretofore 2 made in Article 67, Section 52 of Public Act 92-8, as 3 amended, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund 4 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 5 Village of Green Oaks to rehabilitate and upgrade the sewer 6 system. 7 Section 49. The sum of $70,000, or so much thereof as 8 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 9 business on June 30, 2002, from a reappropriation heretofore 10 made in Article 67, Section 53 of Public Act 92-8, as 11 amended, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund 12 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to Crete 13 Township for construction of a new sewer system. 14 Section 50. The amount of $25,000, or so much thereof as 15 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 16 business on June 30, 2002, from reappropriations heretofore 17 made in Article 67, Section 55 of Public Act 92-8, as 18 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 19 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 20 Village of Sauk Village for all costs associated with 21 improvements to the Lincoln Lansing Drainage Ditch. 22 Section 51. The amount of $600,000, or so much thereof 23 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 24 business on June 30, 2002, from reappropriations heretofore 25 made in Article 67, Section 56 of Public Act 92-8, as 26 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' 27 Future to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to 28 the City of Centralia for the purpose of all costs associated 29 with Texaco water pipeline improvements and/or additions. 30 Section 52. The sum of $515,000, or so much thereof as HB6221 Engrossed -25- LRB9216297DJgc 1 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 2 business on June 30, 2002, from reappropriations heretofore 3 made in Article 67, Section 57a of Public Act 92-8, as 4 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 5 to the Environmental Protection Agency for grants to units of 6 local government, educational facilities, and not-for-profit 7 organizations for infrastructure improvements including, but 8 not limited to, planning, construction, reconstruction, 9 renovation, equipment, utilities and vehicles. 10 Section 52a. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof 11 as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 12 business on June 30, 2002, from appropriations heretofore 13 made in Article 67, Section 47a of Public Act 92-8, as 14 amended, is reappropriated from the Water Revolving Fund to 15 the Environmental Protection Agency for all costs associated 16 with providing assistance to public water supplies for 17 wellhead protection, capacity development and technical 18 assistance. 19 Section 53. The sum of $750,000, or so much thereof as 20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Special State 21 Projects Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency 22 for all costs associated with environmental studies and 23 activities relating to the Great Lakes. 24 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 25 July 1, 2002.
