The sum of $23,300, or so much thereof as may 24 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 25 to the Department of Labor for all costs associated with the 26 Workplace Initiative for Safe Employment. 27 Section 5. In addition to any other funds appropriated 20 for that purpose, the sum of $203,800 is appropriated from 21 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Labor for all 22 costs associated with conducting the study mandated by P.A. 23 87-405, regarding the employment progress of women and 24 minorities. 25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 26 July 1, 2002.
