1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 from the General Revenue Fund for the objects and purposes
8 hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent
9 expenses of the State Police Merit Board:
10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 330,800
11 For Employee Retirement Contributions
12 Paid by Employer ............................ 13,200
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System ................ 35,100
15 For State Contribution to
16 Social Security ............................. 27,100
17 For Contractual Services ..................... 347,900
18 For Travel ................................... 11,500
19 For Commodities .............................. 8,000
20 For Printing ................................. 6,000
21 For Equipment ................................ 4,900
22 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 20,000
23 For Telecommunications Services .............. 12,000
24 For Operation of Automotive Equipment ........ 2,700
25 Total $819,200
26 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
27 July 1, 2002.
